Yes, every product on our website is Ready to Ship by default. However, if you’d like to customize the piece (in terms of size, length, or other design elements), you can use the “Customize It” button available on the product page. Once customized, the piece will be Made to Order and follow a separate return policy.

Each product page includes a “Customize It” button. Clicking it will guide you to connect with our team to explore options like size, length, or minor style tweaks. Once confirmed, the product will be treated as Made to Order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delhi NCR: Delivered within 10 – 21 business days

  • Rest of India: Delivered within 14 – 24 business days

All timelines are in business days and do not include Sundays or national holidays. In case of unavoidable delays (like natural calamities), we’ll notify you proactively.

Yes, we offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp to track your shipment in real-time.

Payments

We offer two secure payment options:

  • Prepaid Payment – 100% payment at checkout via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking

  • Partial COD – Pay 30% in advance and the remaining 70% in cash at delivery

Please note: Full Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we offer Returns and Exchanges for Ready to Ship items, provided:

  • The item is unworn, and the tags are intact

  • You submit a request within 3 days of delivery

Customized (Made to Order) pieces are non-exchangeable and can only be returned if there's a manufacturing defect.

Yes! For Ready to Ship products, you can request a size exchange if your item is in original condition and your request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Just fill out our simple Return or Exchange Request Form within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our support team will respond within 24 – 72 hours to guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is approved and the product passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.
