Refund policy

At Naina Singh, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is required. Please read the following policy carefully.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We offer both Return and Exchange options, depending on the type of product ordered.

For Ready to Ship Products

If you've ordered a Ready to Ship item, you're eligible to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Process:

  1. Once the form is submitted, our customer support team will review your request and reach out within 24 – 72 hours.

  2. Please keep clear photos and a video of the product ready for verification.

  3. After approval, you may choose:

    • A Return with Refund, or

    • A Product Exchange

  4. We will arrange a pickup for the item. After we receive and inspect the product:

    • If it meets return eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

    • Or, we will dispatch the exchange product.

For Made to Order Products

Products marked as Made to Order are custom-made especially for you, and therefore are not eligible for exchange.

However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, you may request a return:

  • Submit the Return or Exchange Request Form within 3 days of delivery.

  • Our team will review the issue and respond within 24 – 72 hours.

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup and initiate a refund after verifying the product.

Note: Returns will only be accepted if the issue is due to a genuine manufacturing defect. Wear and tear, sizing issues, or personal preferences are not covered for Made to Order pieces.

Additional Notes

  • Return/exchange requests beyond 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • All pickups are arranged by our team, so you don't have to worry about logistics.

  • Please ensure the product is properly packed for return to avoid any damage in transit.
