Order Types

We offer two types of products:

• Ready to Ship
  

• Made to Order

Shipping Timelines

Our dispatch and delivery timelines vary based on the product type and delivery location:

Delhi NCR: Delivered within 10 – 21 business days

PAN India: Delivered within 14 – 24 business days

Note: All timelines are in business days and exclude Sundays and national holidays. In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., natural calamities or disruptions), we will keep you informed proactively.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

Payment Options

We currently offer two payment methods:

1. Prepaid Payment – Pay 100% of the amount at checkout via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking.
   
   

2. Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) – Pay 30% in advance at checkout, and the remaining 70% in cash upon delivery.
   
   

Note: We do not offer full COD at the moment. This Partial COD model helps us minimize risks and ensure smoother order processing for high-value garments.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or WhatsApp. You can monitor the shipping progress and estimated delivery in real-time.
